The University of North Dakota invites applications for a highly motivated athletic trainer to join the Department of Sports Medicine, teaching within the Master’s in Athletic Training degree program and providing clinical services to student athletes. The program is CAATE-accredited through 2027-2028.

The successful candidate will educate healthcare students and athletes, supervise clinical experiences, and collaborate with the Sports Medicine team to uphold professional standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and Certified Athletic Trainer credential.
• ND licensure eligibility required.
• Criminal history background check will be conducted.
• Application materials include cover letter, resume/CV, professional references, and letters of recommendation.

Responsabilidades

• Teach courses and curricula for the Master’s in Athletic Training program.
• Advise and mentor students.
• Communicate effectively with students, staff and faculty.
• Schedule, coordinate and present information for classes.
• Provide healthcare for athletes in UND Athletics programs.
• Deliver athletic training services per professional standards and ND licensure law.
• Support athletic teams and events through the Department of Sports Medicine.
• Instruct and supervise students during clinic experiences.
• Assist the Department Chair with additional duties.
