Qualifications

• Master’s degree in athletic training or related field.
• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer.
• Ability to be licensed as an athletic trainer in Nebraska.
• At least 5 years of clinical practice in athletic training and sports medicine.
• Experience implementing student success initiatives in clinical education.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Kinesiology and Sport Sciences with guided clinical instruction.
• Serve as Clinical Education Coordinator for the CAATE-accredited Master of Athletic Training program.
• Deliver in-person and/or online lectures, labs, and graduate clinical courses.
• Develop and promote student success initiatives in athletic training courses.
• Maintain standard patient-care practices and clinical practice simulations.
