Job summary

Go4 Contract Services is seeking a certified athletic trainer for Dakota County Technical College for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves maintaining the athletic training program, evaluating injured athletes, rehabbing injuries, and running the Athletic Training Facility.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree from a CAATE-accredited program, BOC certification, MN licensure, and 2–5 years of experience (new grads welcome).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training Program is preferred.
• BOC certification and MN state licensure required.
• 2–5 years of athletic training experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the School's Sports Medicine program including injury prevention, evaluation and rehab for student-athletes.
• Provide athletic training services during practices and games, home and away as needed.
• Coordinate medical referrals and review pre-participation physicals with team physician.
• Manage the Athletic Training Room inventory, budget and environment.
• Assist with safety planning, emergency actions, and adherence to policies and protocols.
• Evaluate and implement new techniques, equipment, and policies for the program.
• Maintain records using Healthy Roster.
