The University of Mary seeks a full-time Instructor/Assistant Professor of Athletic Training/Kinesiology in Bismarck, ND. The position supports the Master of Athletic Training, Masters in Kinesiology, and Undergraduate Biomechanics programs through teaching, advising, and curriculum development.

Requirements include a Master’s degree, ND licensure, and ATC certification with at least five years of clinical experience; a Doctoral degree and CSCS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in athletic training, kinesiology, or a related field.
• Experience teaching at the higher education level is preferred.
• Active certification as an athletic trainer (ATC) and ND licensure required; CSCS credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach MSAT courses in line with contemporary expertise.
• Teach UG Biomechanics and MS in Kinesiology courses.
• Advise students and research projects; participate in curriculum development.
• Participate in program assessment and recruitment efforts.
