Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health related field or equivalent
• Oregon Athletic Trainer License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• BOC certification upon hire
• DHS background check per policy and state regulations upon hire

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training coverage for sport team/school assignments as directed by supervisor
• Assist coordination of injury prevention, evaluation, treatment and triage as needed

Education

Bachelor's Degree Health related field

Oregon Athletic Trainer License

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

BOC (Board of Certification of athletic trainer's membership)

DHS background check compliance
