Job summary

Providence Central Point Medical Grp-Central Point in Central Point, OR seeks an Athletic Trainer for full-time day schedule to cover sports teams and schools. You will coordinate injury prevention, perform immediate assessment and treatment, and ensure proper triage under supervision.

Qualified candidates hold a health-related bachelor's degree, Oregon AT license, BLS from AHA, and BOC certification, with background checks completed as required. Competitive benefits apply.

Athletic Trainer at Providence Central Point Medical Grp-Central Point - Full-Time, Day Schedule

The Athletic Trainer provides athletic training coverage/support for sport team/school assignment(s) as directed by the Clinical Supervisor for Rehab Services or Sports Medicine. Provides and assists in the coordination of activities that include injury prevention, immediate assessment/evaluation/treatment of injuries and appropriate triage of injuries.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Health related field. Or equivalent education/experience
  • Upon hire: Oregon Athletic Trainer License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: BOC (Board of Certification of athletic trainer's membership)
  • Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check is required for this position (PL 540 and 580 only).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years Experience working in school/college environment as an athletic trainer.
Salary

$24.97 - $38.21

These amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
