Job summary

Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance in Knoxville is seeking an Athletic Trainer to provide on-site evaluation and treatment for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients at area schools and community events.

The athletic trainer will complete and maintain all required patient documentation on site or at schools, aim for high customer satisfaction, and may supervise staff or students. Licensure, NATA certification, and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited program in athletic training.
• Must possess State of Tennessee licensure, and NATA certification.
• Current certification in CPR.
• Demonstrated success providing or supporting an exceptional school-based training program as well as patient-care in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site athletic training evaluation and treatment to pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients at area schools and community events.
• Complete and maintain all required patient documentation on site or at schools.
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction standard, be flexible to assist others as needed, and meet productivity standards.
• May supervise support staff or students and must possess excellent communication skills.
