Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates athletes and designs rehabilitation and reconditioning programs.
• Gathers and interprets data from medical records, physician, athlete and family.
• Communicates evaluation and progress to physician and other clinicians; coordinates schedule and discharge planning.
