Job summary

Novant Health Orthopedic & Spine Clinic is seeking a motivated Athletic Trainer to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation and performance team. This role focuses on bridging rehabilitation and optimal performance through evidence-based care, movement analysis, injury prevention, and performance training.

Ideal candidates will have a CAATE-accredited Bachelors, NATABOC certification, and strong presentation and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• CAATE-accredited athletic training program degree required.
• NATABOC Certification required.
• NCBATE license or eligibility required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based athletic training care to support rehab and performance.
• Perform movement analysis and implement injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary rehab and performance teams.
• Support rehabilitation and performance training programs for patients.
