Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy seeks an Athletic Trainer for Sonoraville High School to deliver patient-centered care, create timely treatment plans, and support athletes through safe rehabilitation.

You will liaise with clinicians and families to ensure coordinated care and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in athletic training required.
• State licensure and BOC certification required.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
• Orthopedic assessments and documentation.
• Counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, etc.
• Coordinated stakeholder communication with MD, PT, PSC, etc.
• Field and venue setup.

Education

Bachelor’s in athletic training

State licensure and certified by the American Board of Certification

Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
