Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an Athletic Trainer to support varsity athletes at Weeki Wachee High School in Florida. You will develop treatment plans, assess injuries, and coordinate care with physicians, trainers, and coaches.

You’ll establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs and build strong community connections in the process. Join a growth-focused private practice with structured mentoring and ongoing clinical education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in athletic training
• State licensure and certified by the American Board of Certification
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
• Orthopedic assessments and documentation
• Counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, etc.
• Coordinated stakeholder communication, e.g., MD, PT, PSC, etc.
• Field and venue setup
