Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking an Athletic Trainer to join its team. This role supports athletes through evidence-based care, creates individualized treatment plans, and collaborates with clinicians and community partners.

The position offers a base salary in the $55,000–$65,000 range depending on experience and market factors, with standard benefits and professional development opportunities. This is a on-site role serving the Hernando High School area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in athletic training required.
• State licensure required.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
• Orthopedic assessments and documentation.
• Counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, etc.
• Coordinated stakeholder communication (MD, PT, PSC, etc.).
• Field and venue setup.
