Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Chatsworth is seeking an Athletic Trainer who is passionate about sports medicine. The ideal candidate will establish individual treatment plans, work collaboratively with various professionals, and engage with the community.

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in athletic training, appropriate licensure, and certifications. The position offers a supportive environment with continuous education and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in athletic training.
• State licensure and certified by the American Board of Certification.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
• Perform orthopedic assessments and documentation.
• Counsel on concussions, nutrition, mental health, etc.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication, e.g., MD, PT, PSC.
• Set up fields and venues.

Your Responsibilities as an Athletic Trainer

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
• Orthopedic assessments and documentation
• Counseling on concussions, nutrition, mental health, etc.
• Coordinated stakeholder communication, e.g., MD, PT, PSC, etc.
• Field and venue setup

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 /year (based on experience and market factors)
