Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking an Associate Athletic Trainer for PRN opportunities in the Greater Milwaukee area. You will work with medical staff, coaches, and athletes to review conditions, craft injury prevention plans, and provide immediate care and rehabilitation as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Position emphasizes clinical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing reconditioning while also handling administrative duties and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from CAATE-accredited program.
• BOC certification and state licensure/registration for work location.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Proficiency with English reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Review athletes' medical conditions and develop care plans.
• Prevent injuries and manage acute events on site.
• Evaluate, diagnose, treat, rehab, and recondition injuries.
• Coordinate with therapists, coaches, and medical staff.
• Maintain accurate injury records and write reports per policy.
