OSR Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Athletic Trainer to join our outpatient clinic team. You will provide athletic training services under a PT, conduct assessments, and help implement rehabilitation programs to restore patients to full function.

Qualifications

• Must be NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer.
• Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in Minnesota or eligible to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training services in outpatient clinic under the direction of a physical therapist.
• Support patient care through exercise instruction, modality application, and clinical flow coordination.
• Conduct initial assessments, triage, and orthopedic evaluations for clinical patients.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation programs.
• Coordinate patient care plans from acute injury to full functional return.
• Communicate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers about patient progress.
• Maintain proper electronic medical documentation per clinic and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Support clinic marketing, relationship building, and wellness initiatives locally.
