St. Luke’s Orthopedic Walk-In Clinic is hiring for a Full-Time position in Boise, ID. The role involves managing care for athletes in a clinic setting with clinical evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: 0 years experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Athletic Trainer; BOC certification; BLS Provider certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage care of athletes and active patients in clinic settings with therapeutic evaluation and rehabilitation.
• Provide direct patient care through clinical evaluation, physical exam and treatment.
• Take patient medical histories including injuries, conditions, meds and past history.
• Determine appropriate therapeutic treatment and rehabilitation or reconditioning strategies.
• Assist provider with establishing and documenting patient health care plan and progress.
• Order entry for diagnostic studies, referrals and medications under supervision.
• Perform therapeutic procedures such as wound care, dressing changes, sutures, injections prep, ultrasound, casting or DME handling.
• Educate patients on plan of care and expected outcomes; address questions about treatments.
• Handle administrative/clerical tasks to support efficient clinic flow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
