HonorHealth is seeking an Athletic Trainer to support our Sports Physical Therapy division. This dynamic team serves student athletes across Deer Valley and Scottsdale Unified School Districts, addressing ortho and sports injuries with collaborative care.

The role involves on-call days and occasional early mornings, with flexibility to cover several high schools. A valid BLS, ATC, and NATA-BOC certification are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required.
• ATC certification is required.
• NATA BOC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat student athletes in field and clinical settings.
• Develop and update care plans with athlete/family.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff for referral and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate EMR records of athlete interactions and visits.
• Supervise athletic training staff and provide onboarding for students/volunteers.
