Job summary

Premise Health is hiring a Certified Athletic Trainer at our Princeton, IN Health Center. You will provide clinical injury prevention and treatment services to client employees, Monday–Friday, with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available. The role emphasizes early intervention, ergonomic assessments, and collaboration with on-site medical and safety teams to promote workplace health and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited Athletic Training program.
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer.
• Hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; ACLS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement early intervention program including musculoskeletal examinations and injury prevention education.
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs.
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and workplace countermeasures.
• Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Participate in meetings and task forces.
