Job summary

Premise Health Inc. in Princeton, IN is seeking a full-time Athletic Trainer – Clinical Injury Prevention Specialist to support client employees at our on-site Health Center. Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:15 AM–6:00 PM, with flexibility.

New grads welcome; $7,500 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered. Responsibilities include designing early intervention programs, performing musculoskeletal exams, ergonomic assessments, leading training on functional movement, and coordinating care with on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in an accredited Athletic Training program.
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer.
• Hands-on training in Basic Life Support (AHA/ARC) required; ACLS may be required based on contract scope.
• Certification in Ergonomic Specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement early intervention program with musculoskeletal examinations and injury prevention education.
• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks.
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement and job simulation.
• Coordinate care with on-site medical and safety teams; document assessments and outcomes.

As a full time Athletic Trainer – Clinical Injury Prevention Specialist, you’ll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Princeton, IN.The scheduled hours are Monday – Friday, 9:15AM– 6:00PM. We are happy to consider alternative hours based on your needs. If you’re looking for a different schedule, we’d love to talk about what works best for you!

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement early intervention program consisting of performing comprehensive musculoskeletal examination, providing first aid per OSHA standards and education on injury prevention
• Perform physical demand and ergonomic assessments to identify high-risk tasks and recommend preventive strategies
• Lead group and individual training on functional movement, job simulation, and injury prevention programs
• Collaborate with on-site medical and safety teams to coordinate care and recommend workplace countermeasures
• Document assessments, recommendations, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date record
• Participate in meetings and task forces
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited professional Athletic Training education program
• Current BOC Certified Athletic Trainer
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in specialty areas (Ergonomic Specialty) preferred
• Experience in Occupational Health and Safety; Knowledge of current OSHA regulations preferred
• Experience in Ergonomics preferred
