Job summary

Angel City FC is seeking an Assistant Athletic Trainer to support the Medical Department in a high-performance environment. You will provide day-to-day clinical care, injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-play support for players.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, coaches, and performance staff; maintain accurate records; follow league standards; and participate in continuing education to uphold clinical excellence and player health.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive athletic training services, injury prevention, first aid and emergency care, injury evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and appropriate medical referral.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned clinical caseload and develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with Medical and Performance Departments through injury rehabilitation, reintegration, return-to-play, and return-to-performance processes.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and escalate changes in player health status to the Medical Department.
