Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) seeks Certified Athletic Trainers to provide clinical coverage across settings including clinics, colleges, and high schools, within a collaborative healthcare model.

As part of IBJI's orthopedic team, ATCs support physicians, therapists, and athletes, deliver patient-focused care, and advance rehabilitation programs while maintaining high standards of evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Athletic Training Program.
• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer and Illinois licensure in good standing.
• Experience in rehabilitation and sports performance preferred.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training coverage at clinics, collegiate and high school events.
• Develop rehabilitation and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and therapists.
• Educate patients and athletes on injury prevention and return-to-play protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical records in the EMR and complete daily paperwork.
• Collaborate with physician teams, coaches, and parents on patient care plans.
• Support outreach and community health education initiatives.
