Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking Certified Athletic Trainers to work in clinical, collegiate and high school settings within a collaborative healthcare model.

IBJI emphasizes patient-centered care, close collaboration with physicians and therapists, and opportunities to grow clinical skills across locations in northern Illinois and northwest Indiana. Applicants should have a CAATE-accredited degree, BOC certification, and Illinois licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• CAATE-accredited AT program completed.
• BOC Certification required.
• Illinois Licensure as Athletic Trainer eligible.

Responsibilities

• Promote and provide excellent patient care.
• Develop positive relationships with physician teams.
• Communicate with physicians, staff, coaches and parents regarding patient conditions and plan of care.
• Develop rehabilitation and treatment regimens with physician and physical therapist input.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EMR.
