We are seeking a passionate and motivated Athletic Trainer to lead and deliver top-tier clinical care. This role is purely clinical, working in partnership with a Physical Therapist. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide comprehensive athletic training services to patients, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization.
2. Conduct injury evaluations, functional assessments, and treatment planning, working collaboratively with Physical Therapists.
3. Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to enhance recovery and reduce re-injury risk.
4. Provide manual therapy, taping/wrapping, bracing, and exercise-based interventions as part of patient treatment plans.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment logs, and clinic records.
6. Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, movement mechanics, and return-to-play protocols.

Clinic Operations & Collaboration:

1. Work closely with Physical Therapists to ensure seamless patient care.
2. Independently manage a clinic schedule, with oversight from a PT.
3. Assist in developing and implementing best practices for clinic workflows, treatment approaches, and patient engagement.
4. Ensure compliance with state and national regulations for athletic training services.

Professional Development & Community Engagement:

1. Stay up to date on advancements in sports medicine and rehabilitation techniques.
2. Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance clinical expertise.
3. Engage with the local sports and fitness community, representing Architech Sports as a leader in athletic performance and recovery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Athletic Training.
2. Certification by the Board of Certification for Athletic Trainers (BOC)
3. Current CPR/AED certification.
4. Strong knowledge of injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation techniques.
