Unify Health Services is seeking an Industrial Specialist ATC to join our Louisville team. This full-time position offers on-site preventive services for industrial athletes, with a 40-hour work week and a Monday–Friday schedule from 6am to 7pm, flexible to client needs.

You will conduct pre-employment screenings, provide body mechanics training, ergonomics assessments, and wellness programs while ensuring safety protocols.

Unify Health Services is a dynamic, women-owned small business composed of passionate healthcare professionals dedicated to revolutionizing the industry through innovative programs. We're actively seeking industrial specialists, (ATC, PTA, OTA) to deliver on-site preventative services to the industrial athletic population. This is a fulltime salaried position, 40 hours per week

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct pre-employment screenings.
• Provide body mechanics training and job coaching.
• Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
• Implement wellness and work simulation programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulation and job coaching.
• Promote health initiatives and engage with staff.
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management.
• Track and report program metrics.

Qualifications:

• Active Licensure in the state of employment (required).
• Valid BLS and CPR certifications (required)
• Ability to build trusting relationships with industrial athletes and support their prevention needs.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
