Unify Health Services is seeking an Industrial Specialist to provide on-site preventative services for industrial athletic populations in Hanover, MD. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role includes shift coverage Monday-Friday, with times between 6 AM and 7 PM and variable client needs.

Responsibilities include pre-employment screenings, body mechanics training, ergonomic assessments, and wellness program implementation.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in the state of employment is required.
• Valid BLS and CPR certifications (required).
• Ability to build trusting relationships with industrial athletes and support their prevention needs.

• Promote health initiatives and engage with staff.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct pre-employment screenings.
• Provide body mechanics training and job coaching.
• Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
• Implement wellness and work simulation programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
