Unify Health Services, LLC is seeking an Industrial Specialist ATC to deliver on-site preventative services in Louisville, KY. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule and shift flexibility based on client needs.

You will conduct pre-employment screenings, provide body mechanics training, ergonomic assessments, and contribute to wellness programs while ensuring health and safety protocol compliance.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS and CPR certifications required.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with industrial athletes and support their prevention needs.

Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 7pm (Shift times may vary depending on the client's needs) total hours 40

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct pre-employment screenings.
• Provide body mechanics training and job coaching.
• Perform early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
• Implement wellness and work simulation programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Physical Demands:
