Unify Health Services, LLC is seeking a PRN Industrial Specialist to support workplace wellness, injury prevention, and ergonomic initiatives in Jefferson, West Bend, Cudahy, and Menomonee Falls, WI. The role requires licensed professionals specializing in rehab and occupational health.

You will deliver body mechanics training, conduct ergonomic assessments, lead wellness programs, and ensure safety standards.

Position Title: Industrial Specialist
Locations: Jefferson, West Bend, Cudahy, and Menomonee Falls, WI
Schedule: PRN coverage (as needed), Monday through Friday

Your Role:

As an Industrial Specialist, you will:

Key Responsibilities:

Physical Demands & Dress Code:

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE required
