Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association seeks a dedicated Athletic Trainer to deliver exceptional athlete care, injury prevention, and performance support across schools, clubs, and college events.

You will assess and treat athletes, design care plans, document progress, and educate athletes and families while maintaining up-to-date medical knowledge and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training or related field.
• Licensure as athletic trainer within six months; BOC certification.
• BLS certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, evaluating, and treating athletes of all ages in clinical and event settings.
• Designing, implementing, and documenting personalized plans of care.
• Providing physical therapy, monitoring athlete responses, and adjusting treatments as needed.

• Maintaining current knowledge of medical practices and documentation systems.
