Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a licensed Athletic Trainer to assess, evaluate, and treat patients across ages in a clinical setting. You will serve as a clinical resource and role model for providers, staff, residents, and students.

Responsibilities include performing assessments, updating care plans, delivering emergency care (CPR included), and educating athletes and families on treatment and self-management.

Qualifications

• Licensed Athletic Trainer (IL), BLS, and BOC certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field.
• Strong assessment, documentation, communication, and emergency response skills.
