Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a motivated Athletic Trainer to assess, evaluate, and treat patients of all ages in a clinical setting. You will document evaluations, adapt care plans, and provide emergency CPR as needed.

You will educate patients and families, coordinate with schools and clubs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while ensuring compliance with scope of practice and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field.
• Licensed Athletic Trainer (AT) in Illinois.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (BOC).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
