Job summary

Sports Warehouse is seeking a dedicated team member for full-time and part-time positions in Alpharetta, GA. This on-site role involves greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and maintaining store presentation.

The position offers a blend of customer service, stocking, merchandising, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Hours include 40 hours/week or 20–28 hours/week with a Monday–Friday schedule and Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product information quickly and explain details clearly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide warm hospitality throughout their visit.
• Assist customers with product questions and curbside pickup orders.
• Maintain store inventory and presentation via stocking, merchandising and cleaning.
• Follow store policies and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and deliver excellent service.
