Job summary

The Poarch Band of Creek Indians is seeking an Athletic Operations Supervisor to oversee planning, coordination, and daily operations of a comprehensive sports program for the Tribal community. You will provide leadership to athletic staff while ensuring safe and well-maintained recreation facilities.

Responsibilities include managing programs, registrations, equipment, and budgets, and collaborating with tribal departments and partners to promote community engagement and customer service

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to work odd and irregular hours and travel as required.
• Must pass background check and have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support youth and adult sports programs, leagues, and events.
• Supervise and provide daily direction to athletic staff and support personnel.
• Coordinate facility and field scheduling, setup, maintenance, and safety.
• Oversee registrations, schedules, uniforms, equipment, budgets, and concessions.
• Ensure quality customer service and safe, clean, and well-maintained recreation areas.
• Coordinate with Recreation, Tribal departments, committees, and community partners.
• Attend meetings and events as required and perform other duties as assigned.
