Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years documented experience in sports and fitness.
• Working knowledge of league and tournament organization and operation.
• Knowledge of activities and services for a large diversified program.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; capable of training others.

Responsibilities

• Furnish athletic equipment for routine and special activities.
• Ensure fields and equipment follow schedules and plans.
• Inspect facilities to determine maintenance and sanitation needs.
• Monitor outdoor athletic areas to ensure events run as scheduled.
• Prepare work assignments and oversee follow-up work.
• Develop input to annual budget and execute spending.
• Initiate purchasing and upkeep of equipment.
• Coordinate intramural sports program operations and leagues.
• Oversee organization of leagues and tournaments across multiple sports.
• Develop and publish team rosters, schedules, and standings.
