Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks a Field Sales Pro to optimize full-cycle sales in the assigned territory and service coaches and athletic programs. The role is hybrid, requiring 2–5 days in territory per week, with travel to local schools and events.

You will generate revenue, qualify leads, and use CRM to manage accounts, while building relationships across sports and levels. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) OR coaching/sports background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory and maximize their time and success.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
• Navigate the company's CRM to support sales and customer relationships.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling across sports and levels, including women’s soccer and football.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage your account list and travel within the territory.
