Qualifications

• Education sufficient to read, write, and speak as needed for the job.
• 5 years of grounds maintenance experience with 2 years supervisory experience or 10 years with leadership qualities.
• Valid driver's license; experience with athletic field maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a 3-4 person grounds crew on daily tasks and schedules.
• Develop standards for grounds maintenance and ensure adherence across facilities and fields.
• Coordinate with other teams and departments to meet school goals.
• Maintain and improve campus grounds, athletic fields, and natural resources.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment and irrigation systems as needed.
