The technician will collaborate with coaches and athletic staff, manage inventory, assist with field lining, and help prepare equipment for practices and games, including snow removal and event support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in athletic equipment or field maintenance preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Knowledge of safety standards for athletic equipment and field prep is required.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle sports equipment safely.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and maintain athletic equipment, supplies and fields.
• Organize, store, and track inventory using appropriate systems.
• Distribute equipment to athletes and coaches with proper fit and condition.
• Repair, clean, and maintain equipment for safety and longevity.
• Coordinate with vendors to order new equipment and ensure timely deliveries.
