USC Athletics seeks a Facilities Assistant to maintain and improve athletic facilities and equipment. You will inspect, repair, and document work, coordinate projects with campus partners and vendors, and support operations for coaches, staff, and student-athletes in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy equipment. Experience in university facilities operations is highly valued.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or technical training preferred.
• Five years of combined experience in facilities management, project management, construction, event management, custodial services, or athletic operations.
• Valid driver’s license; DMV Pull Notice System participation in this role.
• Familiarity with city/state building codes, OSHA safety practices, and campus maintenance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, maintain, and repair athletic facilities and assets, including offices, training spaces, and venues.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of facilities through regular site walks and coordination with managers.
• Coordinate maintenance projects with campus partners and external vendors.
• Serve as lead facility manager at assigned facilities and report on maintenance needs.
