Job summary

High Spirits Hospitality seeks an Athletic & Special Event Supervisor for Bravo1 Protection in Greenville and Pickens County. You’ll lead event staff, manage guest entry, and uphold safety and exceptional guest service from arrival through departure.

Join a hands-on leadership team, stay calm under pressure, coach staff, and communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and law enforcement to ensure smooth, safe events and memorable experiences for guests and partners.

Qualifications

Experience in event operations, guest services, security, athletics, hospitality, crowd management, or team leadership.
Ability to coach staff and maintain performance standards during events.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as events dictate.
SLED Unarmed Security Officer license or current license requirement as applicable.

Responsibilities

Lead Bravo1 event and security staff across athletic events, festivals, concerts, and private events.
Provide excellent customer service to guests, clients, venue partners, vendors, and team members.
Manage guest entry operations, including greeting, lines, ticketing/credentials, and post coverage to keep entry points moving.
Support access control and safety tasks: bag checks, ID checks, wristbands, and designated entry points.
Assign staff to posts, coordinate breaks, and adjust coverage as event needs change.
Address guest questions, complaints, and incidents with professionalism and escalation as needed.
Monitor crowd flow, prohibited items, weather concerns, and safety issues; coordinate with leadership.
