Job summary

High Spirits Hospitality is seeking a Bravo1 Athletic & Special Event Supervisor to help run Greenville/Greenville County events with a hands-on leadership style. You’ll supervise event staff, manage guest entry, and ensure smooth operations from arrival to departure.

You’ll stay calm under pressure and deliver excellent customer service to guests, clients, and partners. This role emphasizes supervision, safety, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in event operations, guest services, security, athletics, hospitality, or related customer-facing roles.
• Be able to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Hold a SLED Unarmed Security Office license (training provided).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Own guest experience at checkpoints, entrances, posts, and interactions.
• Own event-day supervision for Bravo1 staff, including breaks and coaching.
• Oversee front-line event safety: entry control, bag checks, ID checks, and crowd management.
• Address guest concerns and operational issues calmly and professionally.
• Lead staff across athletic events, festivals, concerts, and other events.
• Complete shift reports and incident notes accurately and on time.
• Maintain professional presence with clients, venues, and vendors.
