Responsibilities

• Set up and take down equipment for the field/court (press box, scorer’s table, lights, concession stand, restrooms, etc).
• Set up ticket booths, handle tickets, cash box and forms.
• Greet officials and escort them to dressing rooms; pay officials by check on arrival.
• Escort opponents; provide instructions and attend to them before/after contests.
• Coordinate with security for crowd control and communicate during events.
• Monitor crowd; take actions to maintain order during contests.
• Position and supervise announcer, clock operator, scorekeeper, chain crew, medical/ambulance, parking, etc.
• Arrive at least 1.5 hours before contests; secure area and assist with cleanup; undertake other duties as assigned.
