Job summary

Brandywine Heights Area School District Athletic Department is seeking Game Managers for Fall, Winter and Spring seasons at the high school level.

Qualifications include a minimum age of 18 and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Duties cover equipment prep, facility readiness, scoring tables, greeting officials and teams, and reporting issues to the Athletic Director. Pay is $40 per game, with details shared during the interview process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare athletic equipment for events.
• Ensure playing area and facilities are ready before events.
• Set up and verify scoring tables and scoreboards.
• Greet officials and escort them to fields or gymnasiums.
• Greet opposing teams and guide them to locations.
• Report issues to Athletic Director as needed.
• Interact professionally with students, staff, parents; resolve conflicts during events.
• Represent the District in interactions with parents, community, staff and students.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Athletic Department.
