Job summary

Syracuse University is hiring for a role focused on the daily operation of athletic laundry services and the distribution of apparel and equipment to teams. You will work closely with the Head Equipment Manager to ensure timely collection, laundering, and delivery of practice and game-day gear.

The position supports inventory control, laundry schedules, and equipment-room organization while ensuring compliance with NCAA regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years equipment room experience.
• Working knowledge of NCAA rules and Division I regulations.
• Athletic Equipment Manager Certification preferred.
• Ability to perform detailed work under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily monitoring, inventory and tracking of all issued equipment/apparel to assigned teams.
• Keep up the laundry and process on a daily and weekend basis.
• Ensure student-athlete safety and welfare with respect for equipment through vendor contacts.
• Ensure athletic department compliance with NCAA equipment regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Equipment Manager.
