Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Coaching experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required for paid coaches and may be completed through the school system if needed.
• HR onboarding policies, drug test and background check, health physical and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Athletic Director in day-to-day operations with fundraising, concessions, community relations, and game day duties.
• Develop community partnerships and increase financial support for teams.
• Coordinate athletic events, scheduling, and safe, professional event management.
• Oversee concession stand operations and volunteer scheduling with boosters.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards; participate in ongoing professional development.
