Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for North Carolina teaching license in appropriate licensure area.
• Experience organizing and operating all aspects of an athletic program.
• Previous coaching experience as Head Varsity Coach.
• Experience leading others, including supervising and collaborating with adults.
• Experience managing or working with an athletic program budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist the athletic director in daily activities as directed.
• Oversee coach evaluations as required by the AD.
• Assist with parent meetings and equity across sports.
• Help develop athletic budget with principal and AD, review accounts.
• Develop master schedule for competitions and ensure equal facility access.
• Coordinate with transportation and maintenance for athletic needs.
