Job summary

Calumet Public School District #132 is seeking an Athletic Director for Calumet Middle School. This part-time permanent role provides leadership, supervision, coordination, and administration of the district's interscholastic athletic programs.

The Athletic Director will ensure programs operate in compliance with ISBE, IHSA, IESA, Board policies, applicable agreements, and all federal and state laws while promoting academic achievement, sportsmanship, student safety, and equitable participation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, coordination, and administration of the district's interscholastic athletic programs.
• Ensure programs comply with ISBE, IHSA, IESA, policies, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and all federal and state laws.
• Promote academic achievement, sportsmanship, student safety, and equitable participation for all student-athletes at Calumet Middle School.
