The Naval Academy Athletic Association (NAAA) seeks an enthusiastic, collaborative development professional to serve as its next Assistant Director of Development. This role will support Fund for Athletic Excellence and sport-specific fundraising initiatives, donor stewardship, engagement activities, donor hospitality experiences, and day-to-day operations of the Athletic Development Office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of full-time experience in annual giving, advancement, communications, event planning, development assistance, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual fundraising efforts for Athletic Excellence and upcoming campaigns.
• Assist donor stewardship, engagement, and hospitality events.
• Coordinate donor communications and stewardship initiatives.
• Support sport-specific fundraising initiatives and special projects.
• Provide excellent service to donors, alumni and supporters; perform other duties as assigned.
