Qualifications

• Experience in athletic facilities or school athletics preferred.
• Knowledge of facility operations and safety standards.
• Ability to operate basic grounds-maintenance equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as schedules require.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the facility rental calendar for the athletic center and spaces.
• Serve as the primary contact for renters and coordinate documentation and insurance.
• Prepare facilities for use and ensure policies are followed.
• Open facilities for evening and weekend rentals.
• Monitor facility use and record rental details.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of restrooms, bleachers, and common areas.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and report needed repairs.
• Provide setup and breakdown for games, practices, events.
