The Farm & Forge Club seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the flagship Strength & Conditioning Center, overseeing daily operations and partnering with program leaders to deliver a world‑class experience for athletes, members, families, and guests.

You will drive operational excellence, staffing, scheduling, and budget management while collaborating with education and sports departments to expand programs and membership offerings.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in hospitality, fitness, athletics, recreation or member-based environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex operations and manage budgets, staffing, and daily business ops.
• Demonstrated passion for developing youth talent and creating growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Strength & Conditioning Center to ensure top-tier service.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and revenue/expense reporting.
• Collaborate with department leaders to deliver programming and member experiences.
