Qualifications

Prior coaching experience and ability to motivate athletes.
Must have First Aid/CPR certification.
Faith-based alignment with School's Statement of Faith.
Strong interpersonal communication with students, faculty, staff, and community.
Coaching knowledge of sports, motivation, strategies, and tactics; supervise assistants/volunteers.
Organized and able to monitor multiple athletes and activities.

Responsibilities

Support head coach in player development and team operations.
Provide locker room and bus supervision for athletes.
Ensure safety of athletes during practices and games.
Attend required meetings and adhere to school policies.
Assist in inventory tracking and equipment management.
