Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication, with ability to engage customers and teammates.
• Flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends, to meet business needs.
• Able to maneuver on the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 25 lbs/12 kgs.
• Basic English is a plus and local language fluency is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to match customer needs.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store, maintaining visual standards.
• Assist with front and back-of-store tasks, including point of sale and payments.
• Process omni-channel requests and assist with digital experiences.
• Collaborate effectively with team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote loyalty through education of the Rewards program.
